1. How do I use my card at restaurants and other outside merchants?
Before the bill is totaled, flash your CahootsClub.com card to the server/merchant and you will receive a 20% discount!
2. How do I use my card at hotels?
Call and make a reservation. Tell them that you have the Entertainment card with CahootsClub.com. You will receive up to 50% off the rack room rate. When you arrive for check in, just flash your card!
3. How Do I get Paid Back?
Rebates are paid every quarter for purchases posted to your account during the prior period as follows:
Purchases posted by: March 1 June 1 September 1 December 1
Rebate check sent: March 15 June 15 September 15 December 15
All rebates are sent out in the form of a check to the address entered in your account information. If for some reason we do not have a valid address, we will not be able to send you a check.
A minimum of $10 is required for us to send a check each quarter. If an account has less than $10 at the end of a quarter, the rebates will transfer into the next quarter.
4. When is my rebate credited to my account?
Although most rebates are credited within 48 hours, it is possible for this process to take up to 30 days, and sometimes longer, depending on how long it takes clients to get info back to us.
5. What happens if I refund the item(s) purchased through Cahoots Mall? If you refund the item(s) you purchased through Cahoots Mall, you will not earn money for the original purchase. If we already paid you for the original purchase, we will debit that amount from your Cahoots Club account.
6. What happens if I have a dispute with a merchant over a purchase made through Cahoots Club? CahootsClub.com is not responsible for the merchant's order and fulfillment issues. You need to resolve disputes directly with the merchant.
7. Do I have to sign in every time I shop at Cahoots Mall? Yes, in order for us to track your transaction and pay you appropriately, you need to sign in each time you shop.
8. How do I see My Account Information?
To view account information, click on "check account." Here you will be able to view rebates accumulated, referral payments, and purchases you have made through the quarter.
9. How do I update my personal information?
To update your home address, email address and other personal information, simply click on the "Check Account." Once on the Check Account page, you are free to edit your information.
10. How do I refer a friend?
Click on "Refer a Friend". Fill out the information if you would like to send an email about our site to someone. If your friend becomes a member, $8.00 will be put into your account.
11. Can I use Online Currencies or Gift Certificates?
Yes, but unfortunately, Cahoots Club cannot give rebates for the portion of a purchase that is made with online currencies or gift certificates.
12. Who can use cahootsclub?
Anyone who is 18 or older, with a CahootsClub account can. You'll also need a computer with an Internet connection, a valid e-mail account and a Java-enabled browser.
13. How do I order Movie tickets and/or Blockbuster Movie Cards?
Everytime we send you something through snail mail, you will receive an order form that you may fax or send in. OR, you can simply call 1-866-CAHOOTS and make your order over the phone.
14. Does Cahoots Club sell account holders' e-mail addresses and personal information?
Absolutely not. Cahootsclub.com is totally committed to your privacy and security. We will never release your name, e-mail address or other personal information to anyone without your consent.
15. Why Does CahootsClub.com collect information about your interests, hobbies, etc?
We use the personal information we collect on the site to tailor the site to better suit your needs and your interests.
16. How secure is the personal information that I provide to cahootsclub.com? All information is held strictly confidential. All information for tracking purposes is done by IP number(internet provider number). IP numbers let us know who you are but contain no personal information. 17. When I try to log in to my account it says Sorry, that doesn't look like a valid e-mail address. I know my e-mail address is correct and I'm pretty sure my password is okay. What's going on? At present, personal accounts are case sensitive, so if you originally registered as johndoe@somewhere.com when your e-mail is really JohnDoe@Somewhere.com then it won't work. If you can't remember what form your original e-mail address took, please contact Customer Support for a reminder.
18. When I try to log in to my account, I get an access denied message.

19. When I try to log in to my personal cahootsclub account I'm told Sorry, there is no personal account with that e-mail address. What's going on?
Again, this could be a matter of case sensitivity or a simple typo in your e-mail address. Make sure that everything is correct and enter the data again.
20. I have a question that was not answered by this FAQ, how can I contact cahootsclub customer service to get a personal response? Go to the Contact Us page, or log on to the Cahoots Club web site (www.cahootsclub.com) and link to the Contact Us page. You'll be asked to fill out a simple customer service request form that will be routed to one of our customer service specialists. You should receive a response to your question within 1-2 business days.
