Terms and Conditions
The following is the Agreement between Cahoots Club, LLC and the enrolled Member. If you have any questions, please call Membership Services at 1-866-CAHOOTS or write: Cahoots Club Member Services, 6810 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015; or email generalinfo@cahootsclub.com.
Program Offer. By placing your order you are enrolling in the Cahoots Club Membership Program and you will be entitled to access all the money-saving benefits available to program Members absolutely free during your trial period. Your membership fee will automatically be charged to the credit card or other billing source authorized by you upon expiration of the trial period. If you decide that Cahoots Club is not for you, simply call us toll free @ 1-866-CAHOOTS during your trial, return your membership card, and you will not be charged.
Use of Membership. You must be 18 years of age or older to become a Cahoots Club member. Your membership is non-transferable and you will be responsible for all of its use. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your membership card or membership number, or if your membership card is lost or stolen.
Membership Benefits. As a Member, you are entitled to discounts and other benefits on products and services (the Benefits) offered by Cahoots Club and its third party product and service providers. You are also entitled to share in our Rebate Program. ALTHOUGH CAHOOTS CLUB, AS COORDINATOR OF THE BENEFITS, HAS MADE EVERY EFFORT TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED, CAHOOTS CLUB MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE BENEFITS, THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED BY YOU THROUGH CAHOOTS CLUB OR INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU. CAHOOTS CLUB HAS NO LIABILITY TO YOU AS A SELLER OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED OR MANUFACTURED BY OTHERS, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS AND OMISSIONS IN ANY MATERIALS SUPPLIED TO
YOU OR FOR ANY FAILURE BY ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDER TO HONOR THE APPLICABLE DISCOUNT. CAHOOTS CLUB SHALL, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES; AND, CAHOOTS CLUB'S LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE CAHOOTS CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEE. Cahoots Club shall have no liability for any delay in delivery for any cause beyond Cahoots Club's control, including delay due to union disputes or factory production schedules. However, if you do encounter a problem with any discount, product or service, Cahoots Club will try to assist you in resolving the problem. The details of all Member Benefits are fully explained on our website at www.cahootsclub.com. Cahoots Club reserves the right to eliminate, add, change and substitute Benefits and participating vendors without notice. We assume no responsibility for the payment of or contribution to any use or sales tax on the Benefits which may be imposed by taxing authorities and such taxes, to the extent imposed, shall remain your sole responsibility or that of the provider of the Benefits, as the case may be. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cahoots Club makes no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranties as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the site or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information, content, service or merchandise provided through it. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the website is done at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
Trademarks. All trademarks, product names and logos appearing on the web site are the property of their respective owners.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona without giving effect to the choice of law provisions thereof. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to negate or otherwise affect the consumer protection laws of the state in which you reside.
Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are ever dissatisfied and wish to discontinue your membership, simply call us toll free @
1-866-CAHOOTS and return your membership card. As applicable, we will send you a refund for the unused portion of your annual membership fee as follows: Cancellation within 30 days of the end of the free trial period, 100% refund, cancellation after that date through month 3 of membership, 75% refund; cancellation in months 4-6, 50% refund; cancellation in months 7-9, 25% refund. Activation fees are not subject to refund.
Membership Term. Upon the expiration of any free trial period, your membership is effective for the period covered by your membership fee payment and continues upon your payment of the (monthly/annual) renewal fee automatically charged to the credit card or other billing source authorized by you. Renewal membership fees are billed conveniently and automatically at the then current rate to the credit card or other billing source you have authorized, until you discontinue your membership.
